DECYSIVE, a company with headquarters in Paris 03 and whose president is Cécile Maisonneuve, takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously.

Our website uses cookies, other technical data (e.g. your IP address, host name, user agent, browser ID, referrer and date/time of your access to DECYSIVE websites or service applications using a DECYSIVE ID account) and other website usage data collected. The person responsible for processing the personal data collected and processed in the context of the use of this site, and in the context of the execution of the contract with Us, is DECYSIVE.

Legitimate interests (to optimize the use of the DECYSIVE Services for you and other users) (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Personal Data is kept as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as long as permitted by applicable law for a maximum period of twelve (12) months after your last use of DECYSIVE ID. Personal Data will be deleted after storage is no longer necessary, unless there are legal storage requirements or limitation periods to be observed.

Personal Data is kept for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as long as permitted by applicable law for a maximum period of twelve 24 months after your last use of DECYSIVE ID. Personal Data will be deleted after storage is no longer necessary, unless there are legal storage requirements or limitation periods to be observed.

 

3. Recipients and categories of recipients of Personal Data

We do not share your Personal Information with any other entities outside of DECYSIVE . However, We use third party service providers to provide services and products on Our behalf and We will share your Personal Information with them for the provision of the services and products. Within DECYSIVE and these recipients, any access to your Personal Information in connection with your use of the website is limited to those who need to know that information in order to carry out their job responsibilities.

We share your Personal Information with governmental authorities, courts, external advisors and similar third parties that are public bodies as required or permitted by applicable law.

4. International data transfers

Some of the recipients of your Personal Data are located or operate outside the EEA.
