With twenty-five years of experience in the political and administrative world, then in the management teams of large companies such as VINCI and AREVA, in constant interaction with the world of ideas and research, Cécile has a unique perspective on the world. Far from ready-made ideas and fashionable concepts, she connects disciplines and establishes links that allow information to be contextualised and given depth. Its strategic vision is based on a three-pronged methodology: to cross the views and sources of information and knowledge; to listen to and decipher weak signals beyond the background noise; and to bring together worlds that ignore each other. By creating DECYSIVE, she wants to put her vision and this method at the service of the strategy of the actors who make the world of tomorrow: companies, public authorities, researchers, civil society, etc.
From her years at the Ecole Normale Supérieure and Sciences Po, Cécile has kept a taste for ideas, for clear and synthetic speech and writing, as well as the ability to speak simply and precisely about complex subjects to explain and convince.
Geopolitics, energy and climate, cities of the future, public policies, mobility and transport: its expertise covers the key areas that will determine the world in which we live and work, in France, Europe and the world. In a world oscillating between the global and the local, it has a vast network ranging from political decision-makers in France and abroad, to researchers and intellectuals, to economic and industrial players and investors.
Cécile has an original voice which is expressed in the media and in various think tanks, including: L'Express, where she writes a bi-monthly column on energy and environmental transition; the Institut Montaigne, where she is an advisor on urban, territorial and sustainable development issues; and the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI), as an advisor to the Energy and Climate Centre.
